Employment Support / School Leaver Employment Support (SLES)
Empowering participants with the skills and support needed to find and maintain employment.
Employment Support
We know that meaningful employment can empower participants to thrive, both personally and professionally. That’s why we offer tailored support to help participants not only find a job but succeed in it long-term. Our approach is compassionate and focused, providing practical tools and guidance to help participants achieve their career goals.
Our Employment Support services include:

Skill development
Helping participants build essential skills, including resume writing, interview preparation, and workplace communication.

Pathway planning
Working closely with participants to identify their career aspirations and map out steps to achieve them—whether that involves further education, training, or direct employment.

On-the-job support
Offering guidance and assistance in the workplace to ensure participants feel confident and supported as they transition into and maintain their roles.
We are committed to celebrating every victory, from small progress steps to major milestones, as part of each participant’s journey to independence.
School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES)
For young people transitioning out of school, the path to employment can feel daunting. Our SLES program is designed to provide early intervention support for Year 12 school leavers, helping them gain the foundational skills and experience they need to confidently enter the workforce. We understand that every participant’s journey is unique, so we provide personalised care to meet their individual needs.
Our SLES program includes:

Work experience
Organising placements in various industries to provide real-world exposure, helping participants explore their interests and talents.

Job site training
Offering hands-on learning in real work environments to develop key job skills.

Travel training
Assisting participants in learning how to navigate public transport independently to and from work.

Capacity building activities
Engaging participants in activities that strengthen communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills—building both professional and personal resilience.
Our goal is to empower participants to believe in themselves and their potential. We create opportunities that foster independence, confidence, and long-term growth. With personalised support and genuine care, we strive to ensure that every participant feels seen, valued, and prepared for the next chapter of their life.
