We are delighted to announce that we have passed our audit, the next step to achieving NDIS registered provider status.

This is big news for us, as becoming a registered provider is an important milestone. For us, providing trauma-informed care through a Christian lens is a vocation. Devoted Supports is a labour of love as much as a business. We care for some of our society’s most vulnerable, beautiful people, so standards, codes and oversight are crucial. We hold true to the spirit and the letter of the NDIS code of conduct and give thanks daily for the trust and faith placed in us by our participants and their families. We honour our position of responsibility and are proud of the culture of care our support team manifests.

As part of the registration process, Devoted Supports recently had an in-depth audit with an independent auditor. The process involved reviewing our documentation, conducting site visits, and interviewing our NDIS participants and our team members.

The auditor’s feedback painted a positive picture of the team, our ethos, and the Devoted Supports service as a whole.

The auditor reported that we were “authentic”, “transparent”, and “a pleasure to work with.” They found that our clients felt “very supported” by the team and that the staff felt “heard, supported, and encouraged in their support worker roles.” We are thrilled to hear that feedback.

Participants’ rights are core to our services at Devoted Supports.

NDIS participants have the right to be safe and to receive quality services from the providers and workers they choose to support them under the NDIS. We encourage our participants to understand and we empower them to exercise their rights.
