What you’ll need before you start you application

Required Documents
You must have the following mandatory compliance:
- NDIS Worker Screening
- Blue Card • Police Clearance (current)
- First Aid & CPR (HLTAID011/HLTAID009)
- NDIS Induction Module (if no Cert III or above in Disability or Community Services)
- COVID-19 and Infection Control Training
- Completion of all Devoted Supports Induction & Policies
Required Training / Qualifications
Compulsory qualifications and training prior to application:
- Experience and skills in Support Work, working with participants with psychosocial disabilities and those requiring complex behaviour support
- Understanding of trauma-informed care
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Knowledge of Safeguarding practices
- Technical Support skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications or training in disability support services
